The Metal Work

Once your bench has been sketched out and designed, we happily pass our vision over to our talented metal cutter! Using a mix of plasma cutting and hand-crafted techniques, they turn that idea into a beautiful, tangible piece!

The Wood Work

Our wonderful woodworker supplies us with high-quality hardwood slats! We’re proud to say that the wood is ethically sourced, and it comes to us pre-cut and chamfered, ready for us to add the finishing touches by drilling and staining.

The Finish

To make sure our benches are ready for any weather, we either powder-coat or paint your bench. Both options help ensure the bench stays protected and looking great all season long!

  • Our metalwork has been shot blasted to smooth out any imperfections and get it ready for a beautiful coating
  • During the powder-coating process, fine particles of pigment and resin are electrostatically applied over all metal parts
  • Baking and heating really brighten up the colour and make it super durable to finish off the powder-coated look
  • For our painted benches, we use a phosphate primer to keep them super protected from rust. After that, we finish them off with a stylish enamel matte black coat for even more durability
