Shipping Policy for Sit-U Ltd
This policy outlines our shipping procedures and costs.
1. Shipping Methods
We offer shipping via parcel couriers for our smaller items and by sub-contracted delivery drivers for our larger items
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the size/weight of the order. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use this number to track the status of your order.
5. Delivery Access
All of our benches are shipped fully assembled unless specified otherwise. We will do our utmost to help carry the bench to its desired location. If this is not possible due to restricted access and a return is necessary, there will be a fee for that return. Additionally, any redelivery will incur a charge as well.
6. International Delivery
For our international customers, if there are delays at customs due to a lack of communication regarding customs requests, resulting in the bench being sent back to us, you will be responsible for the associated charges. Any subsequent redelivery will also come with a fee.
